PRESLABS

PRESLAB: Is a system which consists in a prestressed concrete slab fabrication outside the construction site wait a bigger load capacity and covering larger spaces.The slab fabrication is completely automated and made over steel surfaces. The concrete has a resistance of 4,267 or 4,978 or 5,689 psi depending on calculations. Tendoms (have different sizes depending on calculations) are high strength stabilized without curvature. They have uniform stress-strain characteristics. Preslabs have smooth underside, prepared for painting. Standard widths are, 3.94 ft (1.2 m) and 7.87 ft (2.4m). Lenght is variable. Shoring needed every 7.22 ft for a preslab of 2.36 in 12.47 ft for a preslab of 4 in and 16.4 ft for a preslab of 5.9 in.
